
Bomb Short Ribs – Authentic Korean BBQ Bulgogi
Fire grilled short ribs marinated in an authentic Korean Bulgogi BBQ sauce. Delicious Hawaiian recipe. Crispy, caramelized, sweet and savory.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs short ribs boneless, thin cut
- 2 ½ cups authentic korean marnade
recipe - 1 green onion top, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Set aside 1/2 cup of marinade for basting. Add the short ribs and marinade together using either a sealable bag or bowl. Let this marinate for up to 3 hours to let the flavors mingle.
- To begin cooking turn your grill to medium-high (350º to 400º F). Drain the marinade from the short ribs and discard. Place the short ribs on the grill and baste with the remaining marinade. Cook for 4 minutes before flipping then cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from the grill once they begin to caramelize and the ends get crispy.
- Place them together on a platter and lightly cover with foil for 5 minutes. To serve you may cut them thin across the grain or serve them whole. Garnish with the sliced green onion top.
Notes
Traditionally served over steamed rice.
