Purely Seasoning wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Returns and refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our product, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order please inform us immediately so we may remedy the situation as soon as possible. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
